The "buzz" in Highland Park
My neighborhood, Highland Park, is all a “buzz” this weekend. Tazza D’Oro would like to take credit because of all the coffee and espresso being consumed…but it’s much better than that. On Friday, Highland Park and Tazza D’Oro appeared in the New York Post travel section. Then that same afternoon, Senator Ferlo, Mayor Ravenstahl and East Liberty Development held a groundbreaking on Bryant Street announcing the opening of a new restaurant by the owners of Point Brugge, located in Point Breeze. Oh, and just for the record – entrepreneurs love to solve problems because problems are where opportunities exist. Jesse, Amy, Elaine and Barry are of some of the smartest entrepreneurs I know. They are opening a restaurant in Highland Park because they see and have assessed the incredible opportunity and not only cause we’re peeps!(see article) Nice try though!

Pt Brugge in HP will be great, but the mayor’s free campaign op four days before the primary sucks!
